Day One - Food Diary

I am going to do a daily food diary to keep track of everything I eat. I will try to take pictures of everything, but if not, then I will simply just list out what I ate. I will also list what is in the pictures and when I ate it. :)

Grape Tomatoes (Mid-Morning Snack)
Cucumbers w\ Vinegar (Afternoon Snack)
Yogurt (Mid-Morning Snack)
Smart Ones Meal (Lunch)
Stir fry - I will post a recipe for this as it was delicious! (Dinner)

Not in the Picture:
Yogurt w\ Granola (Breakfast)
Soy Good Chocolate Milk drink (Breakfast)
Rice Cake (Mid-Morning Snack)
Nature Valley Granola Bar (Afternoon Snack)
Apple (Afternoon Snack)
Chocolate Chip Cookie (Afternoon Snack)
Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips

Day One - Introduction

Today is the start of my weight loss journey. I have tried to lose weight many time before, but never succeeded. I am hoping this time I will. I am not on a diet right now, just going to be eating healthy and exercising. I will be posting weekly pictures/weight updates, daily food journals, recipes, my struggles and successes and any other things that may come my way. :) Hope you enjoy!
Start Weight: 261 lbs
I will do my measurements tonight hopefully, and get them posted as well. I have cropped my head of this picture as I am not comfortable showing my face right now. Eventually I will though. :)
